Feature Releases

New Featurette:
  • System filter-by functionality added to System Groups aside, in the Systems table.

  • Multi-Tenant Portal has new workflow that allows Partners to add organizations within the portal itself.

  • Usernames can be changed in admin console before they are bound to a resource. 
  • Usernames cannot be changed by API after they are bound to a resource.

  • Locked users accounts can now be unlocked in the Admin Console. The unlock endpoint was added to the API.

Bug Fix:
  • Fixed an issue for the password reset / MFA setup email that is sent when MFA is enabled for JumpCloud admins.

Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a bug that caused some users to be incorrectly locked out of Windows.
  • Fixed a bug that caused incorrect provisioning of a disabled user to a system.

  • JumpCloud policies are now removed from Windows machines after the JumpCloud agent is uninstalled from a Windows system.
  • Change password emails now notify users that they can change their password in the JumpCloud Mac app.


  • Admins can now search for users by attribute in the Users list. Admins can now also filter the Users list by account status (various), permissions (global admin / LDAP bind DNs), MFA status (active / inactive), and MFA requirement (required / not required).
