Feature Releases

Enhancement:
  • A new Administrators tab has been added to the Multi-Tenant Portal. See Using the JumpCloud Multi-Tenant Portal.
  • Emails sent to Provider admins about expiring Office 365 sync connections now properly associates admins with the Org IDs of the orgs with expiring Office 365 sync connections.
  • Fixed an issue that caused an error during user creation due to the hidden Initial Password field being autofilled.

Enhancement:
  • When admins attempt to delete selected systems in the Admin Portal, the Bulk Delete modal now shows admins the number of systems they are attempting to delete. See Admin Portal More Actions Menu.

Enhancements:
  • Updated SSHD file management to better include keys that have whitespace.
  • Resolved an issue that led to /opt/jc/removeAgent not being executable.
  • Resolved an issue that resulted in agent installs failing after running the uninstall script.
  • Resolved an issue that resulted in CentOS 6 and RedHat 6 systems failing to properly upgrade.

Enhancements:
  • Text for the New User panel's Specify Initial Password option has been updated to clarify whether a welcome email is sent when an admin specifies an initial password for a new user.
  • The Users list Select all functionality now properly respects Filter by results.
  • Resolved an issue where JumpCloud emails were delayed in their delivery.

Enhancements:
  • When admins attempt to delete selected users in the Admin Portal, the Bulk Delete modal now shows the number of users that are eligible and ineligible for deletion. See Admin Portal More Actions Menu.
  • Admins who sign up for a new free account receive an email to verify their account. When they click the Verify Account button, they'll see a screen that tells them we're verifying their account. If we're able to verify their account, they're automatically logged in to the Admin Portal.
  • Fixed an issue where systems with Windows FDE and multiple keys didn't return the recovery key.
  • Fixed an issue where FileVault encrypted drives showed the wrong encryption status.

Enhancements:
  • Admins can now visually differentiate SAML 2.0 Connectors in the Admin and User Portals with a new Display Option. See Single Sign On (SSO) with SAML 2.0 Connector.
  • Resolved an issue that caused certain tooltips to display for too long.

  • GET on /applications now returns id and _id.

  • Resolved an issue that prevented admins from signing in and seeing CSRF Token errors.

  • Resolved an issue that could lead to inconsistent application of policies on a system.
  • Resolved an issue where multiple clicks of add organization in the Multi-Tenant Portal created multiple new organizations.
  • Improved performance on actions performed in the Directories panel.
  • Resolved an issue where a user's FileVault password wasn't syncing properly with the user's standard password.
  • Improved API filter functionality on certain v2 API endpoints.
  • Users are now prompted to confirm their current password when they reset it in the User Portal. See
