There are a few reasons why you may receive an error 1067 (in some cases 1053), indicating that the JumpCloud agent either cannot start, or fails unexpectedly:
Unable to Register
If your Windows system time does not agree with JumpCloud's servers, the agent will be unable to start, or will immediately fail at start up. To recover from this situation, please see http://support.jumpcloud.com/customer/portal/articles/2452946-windows-agent-won-t-register-at-all-or-intermittently-
Unable to Contact JumpCloud's Servers
The JumpCloud agent requires access to several servers on the Internet, and this can also prevent an agent from registering or communicating with JumpCloud. Please see: http://support.jumpcloud.com/customer/en/portal/articles/2390681-jumpcloud-agent-port-requirements
If your issue does not fall into one of the above categories, please contact JumpCloud support. You can include a copy of C:\Windows\Temp\jcagent.log with your support request for more efficient service.
